Bradninch Town Trust is an organisation operating for the benefit of Bradninch and its residents. More than 130 years after its creation, the Trust continues to play a key role in the life of the local community.

Volunteer trustees manage properties on behalf of the people of Bradninch; these included some residential buildings, some fields and the Guildhall — a grade II listed building in the heart of the town.
